Protein powder

Immediately after exercise or after exercise with food, branched-chain amino acid can not only rapid recovery levels of muscle branched-chain amino acid and reduce the level of cortisol, but also stimulate the production of insulin and to promote the absorption of other amino acids in the muscles. The most important functions of branched-chain amino acids are to promote protein synthesis after exercise metabolism, accelerate muscle synthesis and reduce muscle tissue decomposition, contribute to the increase of muscle mass.

 

Fish oil

Fish oil is the special nutrition which can prevent muscle reduction. Strength training, stress, saturated fat and simple sugar consumption can produce E2 (a kind of hormone can accelerate decomposition and catabolism of protein). Arginine

L-carnitine

L-Carnitine is a carrier of fatty acid transporter, is a necessary prerequisite of fatty acid oxidation for energy supply. L-Carnitine can promote the oxidation of use of branched-chain amino acids, ensure the ongoing movement, help the body remove excess lactic acid, accelerates the fatigue recovery.
